Terms and Conditions
Quote, After our briefing and confirmation of the piece you want, I will give you a quote based on the complexaty and time, Once comfirmed I will ask for 50% upfront, this is to cover the kit and meterials I'll be using on your project. I ask that the client is fully committed to the project as it can take months to complete a project.
Payment, Is made through PayPal or bank transfer, Payment is made directly to me, Once payment is made I start work on the project depending on my build shedule, You may be in a queue, I ask for patience and rest assured I will get to your project ASAP! If the client pulls out of the agreement I keep the 50% deposit and the project will be canceled.
Delivery Time, Can vary to project to project some might be a few weeks others could be six to twelve months, Plus queue time, I ask for your patience when waiting for your Art.
Shipping, The client pays the shipping at the end of the project, All my Art is shipped through Mail Boxes ETC based in Huddersfield, The company uses verious couriers. The shipping is calculated on size and weight and will depend on packaging, Eg. Cardboard box, Pallet, Crate. I will find out the best price for the client, and relay the information accordingly, you decied how you want your Art delivered.
Liability, Once your Art is complete, and I have delivered it to the shipping company, I take no resposibility for any damages caused by the courier.
